" This place was trash, when I lived there. There were cats in the lobby, sometimes, which I didn't mind. Cats keep away pests. However, the stairs were cluttered full of junk and sometimes, flat owners would put their trash outside of their dumpsters. Gross.

The first room that they offered was raggedy, under the condition that we could have the next decent room a month later. Many of the appliances didn't work. For example, my washer didn't work, my stove didn't have gas and I was missing common items, such as a dinner table. As promised, we moved to another room, when one became available.

This room looked a little better. However, the same problems from the old room followed us. They promised us new appliances. Yet, they gave away the appliances that were supposed to come to us and offered us more used junk. The washer's drain hose was stuffed inside of our kitchen floor drain! We stuck it out for a few months but left, as soon as another apartment had vacancies.

We took to Building 113 because nothing else was available, at the time. I had a child. So, I had no choice. However, I cannot recommend. "
