" Caesars has always been a go to place for tasty but pocket friendly confectioneries in Kuwait. Their little pizzas are a must try and the recipes have remained relatively unchanged since they opened here in Kuwait 25+ years ago. Also they their Christmas plum cake. Delicious. "
