" This is certainly one of the best hotels I've ever visited. In fact, only plus points and only small suggestions.
The rooms are sufficiently big, new, well-equipped and of course clean. In the room you can find essentially all you need (except milk / cream for coffee - only powder creamer, this can be certainly improved). Very important are the good sound isolation, quiet AC, comfortable beds and pillows. Welcome fruits and sweets with personal message were very well-received. The personnel is exceptionally friendly (and this is not because they expect tips for this as in some countries!). The check in process could be a bit quicker (especially if you arrive at 2am) - this seems to be related to some bureaucracy. The location is directly at the Avenues Malls - one of the main attractions of the Kuwait City. The hotel is a bit far away from the "old city" - you will need a taxi of Careem (local Uber) that works well. "

" This is a beautiful hotel.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The service is excellent. Very well equipped gym, Lana the personal trainer is very knowledgeable. The hotel has an excellent spa. Wonderful pool area with friendly staff , Arvee the Lifeguard, is only one of the very helpful and friendly staff at the Health and Spa floor.
