" The sales manager finds any reason to turn away pets for grooming. Even with proof my pet’s health cannot be harmed by grooming (she has a lipoma, not an infection), she claims the vet must approve. She called the vet on the first attempt, and the vet said I must bring my dog in. I took her to another veterinarian. On the second time I was turned away, she told me I had to see the store’s vet. There seems to be some kind of scam going on at this location. "
