" I have booked a bus to Luangprabang here. I was stolen by a minivan driver. I had a good idea about Laos and I was very disappointed. Do not leave any bags in minivans. There are many cases where the driver steals. "

" They sold us a ticket for Luang Prabang minivan early morning, which didn't show up. Then they tried to put us into a big bus which would go from the longer and more uncomfortable road. We would belive their lies and get into the bus if we hadn't privately asked the driver! Luckily we realised that, went back to their office; and after loud complaints by us, they returned our money. Of course we lost our sleep and the whole morning and we booked the minivan with another agency in the end. "
