" We ordered a cake for our daughters communion which was delivered. We visited there site and gave exact details of our requirement and even confirmed on the phone the following day. The cost was high but we where informed they had great cake and decoration. On the day we went to cut the cake and it was wrong. Instead of half chocolate and half white sponge cake they had instead sent half a fake cake which had been placed on top of the white sponge so making it un-cutterble. Totally ruined what should have been an amazing day. When we contacted them all they could say was mistakes happen and we are sorry. We would never use again and neither would any of our friends avoid "
