The name "Burj Al Hamam" was first heard of in 1957, when our founder Fayez Elias El-Khoury opened his own restaurant as part of Hotel Hakim in Brumana. With a passion for traditional Lebanese cuisine and a natural talent in finding the best ingredients all year round, Burj Al Hamam's success has since steadily risen, to become the restaurant beloved by many nowadays.Offering a variety of traditional and new experiences in Lebanese cuisine, Burj Al Hamam and its affiliated restaurants have always sought to preserve the quality and identity of traditional Lebanese cuisine, passing it down as a heritage through three generations, each adding its own touch.The Burj Al Hamam experience is a truly unique one, set in classic Lebanese welcoming and warm mood, wherever you visit us. Our vision is one that has carefully been carried out throughout generations: to establish a worldwide traditional Lebanese cuisine chain based on passion for excellence and innovation, honoring the individuality and heritage of its founder.Burj Al Hamam's growth during the past 60 years has allowed for 3 restaurants to open their doors in Lebanon:- Burj Al Hamam – Fawzi: the traditional and authentic Burj Al Hamam located in Brumana (with a new branch in the Mövenpick Hotel – Beirut) which offers a wide range of customer-favorite Lebanese dishes, always prepared with care and attention.- Fawzi Burj Al Hamam: the ‘rejuvenated edition' of the main restaurant located at the heart of Horch Tabet and in the streets of Hamra. - Rencard Continental Lounge: an all-day dining continental lounge located in Horch Tabet where guest enjoy an international selection of meals and drinks in a welcoming and comfortable ambience. The modern design makes it an adequate place to hold meetings or gatherings.Throughout the 2000's, Burj Al Hamam saw its first franchises open in neighboring Arab countries, offering the same authentic dishes served at the main restaurant in Lebanon, with a few additions to match the host country's clientele and location. The restaurants are located in:- Safat, Kuwait- Intercontinental Hotel in Amman and Aqaba, Crown Plaza Hotel in Dead Sea, Jordan.- Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Marina Mall, Dubai.- The Pearl, Qatar.
