The Emergency and Relief Corps (ERC) was established in August 2006, registered as a nonprofit organization (registration number 91). ERC is led by volunteers, whose mission is to provide relief for victims of natural and human disasters, to help people prevent, prepare and respond to emergencies, in addition to alleviating the suffering of the most vulnerable population in Lebanon;our duties are guided by principles that value: humanity, professionalism, collaboration (with the Lebanese authorities and other national and international organizations), and neutrality in serving our beneficiaries regardless of their affiliation, or religion.
