This spacious and modern fully-equipped Caribbean-style villa is set in a small, peaceful & safe holiday village.

The tasteful and well-furnished villa sleeps up to six people in three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with king-size beds and the third with a king-size bed or two single beds.

The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and each has it's own en-suite marble bathroom.

Floor-standing fans are also provided for those that may prefer not to use air-con for cooling.

There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable fan-cooled living room with TV.

Both the kitchen and living room open onto the secluded patio garden. With a private pool, sun-loungers and outdoor furniture it is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining.

The villa also has free wifi access.

There is a wonderful 35m pool for guests use with a smaller pool for young children.

It's a short walk through the landscaped tropical gardens of the holiday village to sandy Cas en Bas beach with safe swimming and a well-established beach bar/restaurant.

As well as having wonderful coastal walks to explore there is also the option to arrange horse-riding or take kite surfing lessons at Kitesurfing St. Lucia or Aquaholics at Cas en Bas beach.

The St Lucia Golf Club is nearby. This par 71, 18 hole championship course of 6830 yards is set within Cap Estate East Development.

A short drive or taxi ride will take you to the popular small town of Rodney Bay with it's marina, variety of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and night-life.

My friendly holiday property agent will welcome guests at the villa on arrival .

If required she can arrange transfers from the airport and/or car hire at reasonable rates. She can also advise and assist with arranging baby-sitting/child-minding, tours or even a personal cook whilst you are on holiday.
