" Usually I have a great experience here but tonight the service was less than stellar and my drink (a Belgian Chocolate Chiller) did not taste good. Management needs to ensure that the quality of service does not continue to deteriorate.
Typically this place offers great drinks and food, served with a smile. Admittedly, the prices are slightly higher than what obtains elsewhere but not so much as to be a turnoff. This place is essentially a Starbucks clone, so expect a similar atmosphere albeit a bit more of a "high end" feel. "

" Food is good. Expect a little wait to get your order if it's a busy time of day. It's also a good spot for studying and having meetings but remember to walk with a jacket if you plan to stay a while as the AC tends to get a bit cold. "

" Excellent spot for a meal...yes meal of all variety which begs the question, why call it a coffee shop?...before of after seeing a movie at the cinema next door...only downside is the aircon is that cold the windows frost over which if you are a penguin would be fine....superb WIFI connection "

" Please, Please please! DO NOT buy anything from this establishment in the airport! I repeat DO NOT! The cashier was had a disgusting attitude! I didn't understand what she was trying to say and she began yelling when I made-the initial order. When we finally received the food it was the wrong order and it tasted disgusting! The wings were soggy on the outside and hard on the inside. I ordered buffalo wings and got bbq wings. When I asked to speak to the manager she was extremely rude and said, " the customer is not always right, YOU made a mistake " then she proceeded to argue with my boyfriend and I for 15 minutes in front of a large group of jet blue passengers! I have never in my life seen such HORRIBLE customer service! This was the WORST part of my entire trip to ST. Lucia. They were the worst people I met on the entire island! Long story short order anywhere else but RITUALS coffee house at the UVF airport. "

" I've been here twice and have not been impressed. It seems busy enough and I imagine it is because there is no other western style coffee shop to be found for miles around. Overpriced products of average quality. Free wifi is a big plus for informal business meetings. "

" It's the islands version of Starbucks. The iced coffee was just like home. And the blueberry & pomegranate with green tea smoothie was good too. Spinach and feta croissant was just fine. Still waiting for my ham and cheese panini. All that for $20usd. About the same as in the US. "
