A beautiful, luxury villa with 3 en-suite bedrooms. In the perfect location for both a quiet relaxing holiday or a more energetic holiday or a bit of both.
Situated in a gated community with 24 hour security, right on the golf course and only a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Cotton Bay Village where our guests have full access to the pool, bars, restaurants, beach and spa. Take a look at the Cotton Bay website and you will be very impressed.
10 minutes away by car is the main tourist area of Rodney Bay village and marina with its shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa is fully equipped including Cable HDTV, DVD player (and lots of DVD's), Internet, Wi-Fi, IPod dock with wireless speakers, CD player, Wii and Playstation (with lots of games), electric piano, golf clubs, projector and intruder alarm.
Also a fully equipped kitchen including an American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer, bread maker, yogurt maker, blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The patio has a plunge pool with fish fountain and is really special and a great place to sit day or night. The view across the golf course is fabulous.
The bedrooms all have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The villa is one of only two in the community that has a double sized patio, it has the best view of the sea from the patio and the patio is not overlooked.
The cost includes our housekeeper(Monica) coming in twice a week for 4 hours and if time permits she will also do your washing and ironing.
Monica will also be there on arrival to introduce the villa. Do not worry if your flight is late she will monitor its arrival.
If required we can organise a local chef to come in and cook a special meal as well as stocking the freezer with superb meals so you do not have to cook. The cost is only an additional £35.00 for 5 hours
