" Very bad customer care by the person, who is in the cashier (may be the manager)
He takes his own time to get the orders from their customers. Today it’s not crowded. But I had to remind my takeaway order for 5 times. & he didn’t respond to me.
He is Very unprofessional & simply මුස්පේන්තුයි.
The serving people are good & friendly.
Food also not worth to the price. But ok, since we come to Nuwaraeliya for a vacation.
More than this the above person’s behavior is the worst thing in this Remarko restaurant. "

" I would say that food isn't great over hear. But if you are looking for a low budget place for a meal this would be a good option. The staff at the place is quite helpful and friendly. Compared to other places in the area the place looks tidy. However they will takes some time to get the order ready. Food doesn't tate great. The day that i went in most of the fresh juice options were also not available. "

" Worst place in whole of Nuwara Eliya. The food is way over priced for what it offers. The restaurant looks good from the outside but dirty inside. Ordered a biriyani, they said they serve curd. But no curd was served. When asked they pointed some onions and said that it was curd. What. The food was below average. We ordered a chocolate shake, trust me, it was water with sugar and a bit of chocolate powder. The sink we used to wash hands were used to wash the mop they wiped the floor. The food and service was bad. Do not go here. And to top it all they charge a 10% service charge. Not even Grand Hotel charge you taxes or service charge. For rs. 200 more, you could have a great lunch or dinner at Grand hotel. The only reason people come here is because it's at the center of the town. I would recommend going to the restaurant at Victoria park which has a equal price range but way better service. "

" Very poor service. Shop staff doesn't care about customers except one Tamil girl who is trying her best. Whet there for breakfast yesterday, food is worst, long waiting and unclean plates and cutleries. Not visiting there again.

" I ordered some short eats in this restaurant, I couldn’t eat the fish bun because the mixture inside was gone bad. I decided not to waste the food and so tried to take the mixture out of the fish bun. I found this one inside the bun, this is not the first time. I had the same experience on 25th May, 2017 at 05.21pm.
I called the manager and informed him. He convinced me to not make this a big issue. He said he would correct his mistake, but I don’t trust them. He gave me his director’s phone number to talk and solve this issue. I have attached the images and videos with this message, please share with your friends because this can be a lesson for rest of the restaurants in Nuwara Eliya. Thanks. "
