I send him email about to get informations 2 month a go no reply I DON'T think they even use or check email
So finally I decide to call the bank I am live in US I make a I international phone call to stupid bank coustomer service also worst they hold me more than 10 minutes then I ask the lady to transfer me she said manager at meeting then I explain her I am calling out of country don't do this to me just transfer to manager she refuse and hangup the phone call few days later i send my sister regarding same matter one of there rude banker lady again do nothing zero help so finally I figure it out srilanka #sampath bankSUCKS "

" Worst bank. They are super traditional, petty and narrow minded with big ego but no substance to back it up. Worst bank. Not at all flexible or in sync with technology and trends. (Still they do not allow online transactions on debit cards when all other private banks allow, they only offer a terrible piece of plastic called a webcard which doesn't allow withdrawals, also their is no way to get estatements, they have not switched to green banking, very difficult to activate sms alerts; did not allow to do over the phone, very bad customer service call center too). "
