" I express my dissatisfaction with the services I received at your salon about two months ago. I had a makeup session, a hairdo, and gel nail services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
1. Makeup: After the makeup session, I developed a significant outbreak of pimples and whiteheads on my face. This was unexpected and distressing, as I have not had such skin issues in the past. Also, I have a fair skin and the makeup artist made me look so dark. When I inquired about it, she told that it will look okay after sometime, but it was not.
2. Hairdo: The hairdo I received did not meet my expectations. It was not as per the style and look I had discussed with the stylist.
3. Gel Nails: The gel nail colors I had applied were not neatly done. The final result was uneven and below the standard I expected from your salon. The girl who did it was not a professional. She does not have much experience. Also, she didn’t even remove the excess nail polish on my skin.
I had trusted your salon for a quality and professional service, and I am disappointed by the outcome. I am writing this after 2 months is that my face still looks awful even after two months, because of the bad makeup you guys did on my face.
Really very disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. "

" I can recommend that they are one of the best salons, equally good as any high end salons in Colombo.
Very professional, with very good customer service. Very flexible to customer requests. Their prices are very reasonable as the service is of great quality.
I have had eyebrows threading, Kasmara facial, wedding guest saree dressing make up and hair done by them and 💯 satisfied as everything was done beautifully. The girls are lovely and very skilled at what they do. The products used for my make up were Original MAC and I noticed how clean and hygienic their equipment was. The salon had a lovely atmosphere as well.
My mother was elegantly dressed by them and her make up and hair suited her age and occasion very well. My brother obtained groom’s package for himself and his best men and was highly satisfied. He recommended the latest equipment used for acne treatment and facials for him.
The location was so convenient for us and we avoided traveling far for high end places and it saved us time and money.
I would like to suggest to move the facial room further away from the main area if possible, to make the experience more calming to the client, as the main area is busy and noise of equipment creeps in.🙂
Really appreciate that they never forced us to use their many services or products or to send photos or give reviews etc like many other places so I felt like giving an unbiased review based on my experience. Thank you Saga! "
