Packages includes (Wedding Day Coordination)

• In-depth consultation 6-8 weeks before the wedding day to identify how the couple wants their wedding to flow at office or over Skype)
• Initial consultation with the bride and the groom to find out information about your wedding and determine how you wish the wedding to flow (Between 30 to 35 days before the wedding date
• Final consultation with the bride, groom and the families to brief on day's proceedings. (Between 7 to 14 days before the wedding date)
• Drafting an Agenda – A Comprehensive timeline from the start of your wedding day until the last guest leaves.
• Final receipt of wedding items to be set up on wedding day, such as cake boxes, wedding invitation, wedding favors, toasting glasses, table numbers, poruwa items/ gifts.
• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 - 2 weeks before wedding day.
• Arranging table numbers, cake boxes, wedding favors to be arrange properly 2h prior to the function start.
• On-site coordination and management during the wedding
• Work with the designated ushers and overlook the ushering of guests at ceremony and reception.
• Making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
• Attend Ceremony and Reception and act as command central for the entire day and ensure agenda is followed as planned
• Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Champagne toast, going away.
• Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be handed over to pre-arranged individual nominated by the client
• Your Planners will be on -site 4 hours prior to the event and right throughout the event till the end.
• Provide a stress free day for the bride, groom& the wedding party.
