B acha access is there and kayaking is free, they provide boats and you can actually kayak to the kite surfing area.

Rooms are with old architecture and reminds you of olden days, food menu is small but good though, staff is very polite and helping.
You can ride the bicycle to the town if interested, I was there for 2days and I didn’t wanted to come back.
Don’t forget to ask for Mr. Chaminda, he’s the care taker and do reservations before you get there. "
