" Went there to have fresh fruit juices thinking quality would be good depending on the outlook. But the lime juices we had were tasteless and seemed to have been chilled for few days. Was just a disappointment! "

" I went to the Sanu Lagoon Hotel with my family for dinner and a Kandy Dancing performance. What an experience! Chintaka's hospitality was beyond great, and the local food truly delicious. We also visited the herb garden, an alternative and culturally rich experience. I highly recommend this place! "

" A beautiful setting and a very nice spice garden! Thank you so much to Chintaka, his wife and the rest of the team for hosting Kandyan dances, a great party and the gems. The costumes of the dancers were fabulous, and the fire dancer was truly impressive. The dinner buffet was delicious too! Looking forward to coming back here soon :) "

" This is a nice clean place with an upscale look. We chose to sit outside and they moved our table to find the best view of the lagoon, which was awesome. We watched the birds swooping around and a cormorant fishing in the water. The lagoon itself is quite large with lots of lily pads. I'm vegan and had a vegetable stir fry, fresh juice and a drink. They showed my husband some seafood options and he chose the seafood platter - all fresh caught. It was excellent. We highly recommend the place. The owner even gave us a ride home because he was going that way! They also have an Ayurvedic spa and an Ayurvedic shop selling a variety of herbs, potions and powders. "
