" We Care Feet are a Reflexology outlet in Kandy. As we wanted our Foot Massage chairs to be perfect we contacted Furniture Factory back in 2017 & they managed to deliver what we asked & their work did impress us.
Being impressed by their work & being FF’s customers we went back to them to get few more furniture done. The initial visit went well with Fahazan & he asked us to e-mail him our inquiry.
We sent the e-mail on Mar-2018 & as of to-date we haven’t received any feedback. Have given numerous follow-up calls, Text messages & even sent e-mails. Got no any courtesy to respond.
Very unprofessional with no respect to the customers or their valuable time. "

" Please do not buy anything from this place. They delivered a different table from what I ordered and refused to do an exchange. A very untrustworthy and unprofessional shop. I don't recommend it. "
