" - They left my mother in law's coffin on the road for one hour under the burning sun because the canopy was so dirty and torn.
- They said in front of guests "this is all you got to the package you bought" as the reason for sending the muddy canopy.
-A respectful event turned into a very stressful disrespectful event.
-They said chairs will be sent at 8am. But they came at 11.30 am. Form 8 am they kept saying chairs were on the way.
-Coffee machine was broken, the other one was dirty.
-They never accepted their mistakes.
-Telephone calls were not replied positively and some left unanswered. They said " responsible person was gone out for a tea" and other BS stories.When I said I'm calling his cell phone, reception person told us the guy left the hand phone when he went for tea.
I can go on and on. We made these comments at the time of payments.
-Ajith and Wijekoon accepted and apologized. Others were customer no care people.
Never recommend. "
