LECAF grows out of concerns from witnessing scenes of happening that are responsible for perverting and undermining the quest for human growth, Healthy life and equal opportunity. It is evident that the number of vulnerable, youths, women, children and our larger communities in the world is on the high increase and cannot be denied. This is the history we seek and strive to rewrite.
