" A lot of people been complaining about service and saying that this airport is the worst in the world and that they confirm they won’t come back to the same airport. So Government need to fix all this issues by:
-Updateinf and remodeling the airport.
-Hire people who are bilingual and speak English.
-officers need to do their jobs and not to talk to each other during work.
-update restrooms and make it large with safety use.
-open more restaurants and shops with facilities.
-easy acces for people with special needs.
-use high WiFi .
-all staff need to welcome guests or passengers with smile and great hospitality.
I gave 3 stars because I wanna be fair. "

" Not a big airport but has everything you need. Restaurants, gift shops are all located in one very long concourse. Not complex at all. Inner can buy traditional Morocco dishes as well as clothes, spices.
When get in the country it took us almost 1 hour to have our VISA processed and I saw some other people payed for quicker(?) process. (We didn't pay anything, tho). We are not sure if it's common in Morocco or not but I guess it depends where you are from... "

" The Mohamed V airport is THE worst. It is impossible to describe how filthy it is, terminal, waiting area, and especially the restrooms. Large number of staff, accomplishing nothing. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Horrible age old grime on seats and frames of waiting area, filthy floors as a worker walked straight up and down the terminal with his push broom, never actually cleaning anything. Arrival procedures are difficult to follow and security procedures for departure are unclear. Restaurants were adequate regarding price, quality, and cleanliness. Security personnel were efficient and courteous but not equipped to handle the large number of people. And once you did enter past security there was only enough seating for ~20% of waiting passengers. We had a great rate flying Royal Air Maroc but be forewarned, this airport is horrible. I think the good reviews are from local businesses people. Would really like to give it a zero. It has free WiFi, but was not working either time we were here. "

Cont .... from Agadir airport to Casablanca international airport, another worst experience,same story One Staff again at Security, there is queuing system but very limited people’s follows.
I got confused for once’s whether I am at airport or bus stop. Due to sort of security check counters Flight got delayed. I really recommend airport authorities to kindly look into it and please help passengers who are using your airport and expecting good service.
If you can not do anything then I suggest please leave your post and let some other young person take charge. "

" Very not organized and slightly old - time to upgrade - the staff are doing their best - and it’s quite quick once you cross the entry point - at which they X-ray all bags - and Make sure you keep you passport and airline confirmation are in hand.
But the staff of the airport - bravo...!
Another very impressive thing is the roads - I mean I drove a few hundred miles around and they are all AMAZING - so well don’t Morocco authorities! People following laws / speed limits, 120km/hr on the motor ways.

" Very slow in terms of visa check and security check. Need to be at the airport at least 3 hours in advance. Not very English friendly. Can take the train to get to the airport easily tho. "

" This is probably one of the worst airport in the world. I’m glad I allotted 3hrs in this airport. There are many queues that people has to go to and it’s super busy, of course, it’s one of the biggest airport in Morocco being a business capital. There’s a security check before you enter the airport from the train. I had to queue for 1hr for this. I found myself wandering and lost because the signages are very poor. There was no monitor to check which terminal you should go. Once you go up you’ll see arrows showing Terminal 1 & 2 but you just don’t know where to go. The monitors are only near the check-in counters. Queue again for the check-in and then queue again for the security check. It took me 2.5hrs to complete everything. Half hour to chill before the flight. There’s even a cockroach that greeted me while having coffee.
The only good thing here is that there are many shops. However, like most airports, the prices are expensive. A basic burger meal for €9, coffee for €4, and even the duty free shops are more expensive compared to Europe. "
