The Pecunia.Finance DAO is an organization that endeavors to combine the advantages of Web3.0 with traditional business. This means that the structure, modus operandi, and processes highly resemble those of a non-profit company. There are no shares of equity, no dividends or distributed rewards, and no governance tokens. Voting power and position within the DAO is determined purely by quantity, type, and impact of labor contribution to the DAO; labor contribution being defined as an exchange of time and effort for monetary compensation proportional to the time and effort expected by the DAO for the respective task (bounty). There is no limit to the types of projects the DAO can and will take on, though it starts with Web3 infrastructure development and the creation of a Pecunia.Finance Decentralized Autonomous Business platform (DABp) from which to run the DAO.
