" My Handset I Phone 7+ was broken 1 Year ago. Only glass is cracked and I can use the phone without any touch problem. When I saw that Apple Villa Shop near my child's Tution. I am happy to show my phone because the decoration of the shop is best. I was advised to change only glass as the touch is working normally. So I agreed to change the glass. At that time my wife also want to change her I Phone 6 battery because the battery power is discharged in short time and only can use 1 hour. So we changed glass and battery. We feel very sorry for that changes after 2 weeks from then. My phone ( 7+ ) screen is totally fail while using and my wife's (I Phone 6) can not charge battery even 1 min only show 0 % Power. I claim to the Apple Villa shop they told me touch is damage now and need to change and touch and glass again. For glass I paid about 130000 now I have to pay again over 200000 Kyats, totally I have to pay nearly 400000 kyats. I rejected to change again and come back. We are very sorry for that changes as we can use our phone before change. They did not notice the touch may be fail after change. "
