" Great location, great rate, comfortable rooms. I stayed here in 2011 and 2016. Not much has changed. It is within walking distance to Shwedagon Pagoda, the zoo, and even the city center (if you really like to walk). Otherwise, downtown is only a cheap taxi ride away. It is not the newest or most modern, but it definitely serves its purpose well and the price is fair. "
