MPRC is an independent and non partisan policy & research organization, based in Port-Louis, Mauritius. Our areas of research cover all general aspects of policies whether public or private that impact on the present and future of the Mascarene Islands.Our research methodology comprises applied research and the development of prospective strategic thinking.The objectives of MPRC are to:• To undertake and commission independent, objective research with a realistic and pragmatic focus.• Generate research that reflects a boldness of thinking in a quest for realistic and realizable solutions.• Generate approaches to policy issues that transcend the classical approach.
