" Worst service ever. Very unprofessional. Went to collect my parcel that was supposed to be inspected by the Government Pharmacist on Saturday, however I was told that he had already left at a time he was supposed to be working. I was assured that the products would be delivered at my home address on Tuesday however no parcel arrived. And upon calling to inquire about said parcel on Thursday was informed that it had not yet been despatched by a very rude person. Furthermore, I would have to pay for the parcel to be delivered by the post office when I was there in the first place on time. Does not even deserve one star rating. "

" Service is slow, they do not accept electronic payment. If you go to collect your parcel in the morning, be sure that you are well armed with patience because you may spend half of your day there. Some little tips would be to bring water and some biscuits so as not to faint specially during summer. Nevertheless you may do same as me, if I need to collect a parcel I would ask them to send it to the nearest post office of my locality or I would go to the parcel after 14:30, the time where they would usually hurry up so as this will enable the staff to leave office on time. "
