" Better than nothing, a place where you can sunbathing with your favorite bikini. The perfect time to swing here is when high tide.. Try to snorkeling here, barely nothing to see, dead coral but if you are lucky you probably will bump with baby black tip shark reef, or baby manta ray or crab 😉 the cleanliness is so so. The wave is rather calm, try a stand up paddling here, more fun "

" It’s a small so called bikini beach on Huraa island. Thinking that it is forbidden to walk on the island without wearing clothes covering your shoulders and down to the knees, this beach is the only place where you are alowed to stay in your bathing suit. So, considering that the locals made a compromise for the tourists i consider it a pleasent place on the island. Yes it’s situated remote from the village so you won’t bother the locals with your appearance. It’s surrounded by tall palm trees and on a side with a fence so i would call it private. There are also some beach beds so you don’t need to lay down on the coral sand. In front on the beach they digged a larger pit so you can swim comfy (that wasn’t there in march when we first went there) or you can walk to the edge of the reef wich is about 150-200 meters away. Considering that you are not in an expensive resort but on a local island in a very religious muslim country i think they are making very good progress and improvements so the tourists can enjoy their vacations here. "
