Youth Wave is a youth-led NGO working in HIV and AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), Mental Health, Gender Equality, and Advocacy. Established in 2018 as a movement of bold youth leaders, pioneers, innovators, change-makers, pathfinders and influencers who believe that young people are at the heart of solutions to the world challenges. GoalTo develop the capacity of the next generation of leaders especially adolescents and youth and make their voices heard. Vision A global village where young people live their dreams and lead change. MissionWe believe in inspiring and empowering the youth to have the power to solve the world's toughest challenges using innovative solutions in a sustainable wayWe are operating nationwide with district footprints in liaison with community-led youth NGOs and networks. Young people are energetic, adventurous, industrious, strong, healthy, and willing to learn. Therefore, we believe they are an important human resource, but their full potential is under-realized, under-utilized, and sometimes misdirected. It is now widely accepted that the well-being and contributions of young women and men are a major determinant of the current and future development of any nation.
