Bwalo Initiative is for the youth of Zomba, specifically for street children and other vulnerable young people from the ages of 10 to 18 years. With their own center they offer them ‘a home away from home’, or a safe environment where these boys and girls can develop socially, where they receive counseling, food and shelter.

It is not always the easiest target that helps the project; these young children are used to stand up for themselves and sometime to literally fight for their lives. Not so easy, but it is so special to see that Bwalo really helps so many kids to find their self-esteem back and giving them thereby a better future.
