" I called the hotel before made a booking and ask a specific question "do you have a pool ?" and the receptionist girl who answer the phone said "yes we do have a pool".
What she missed to tell me is the pool is not belong to the hotel. The pool besides them belong to Majlis Bandaraya Alor Setar.
Yes we as hotel quest can use it gor free but there is a time table and day to follow (Wedenesday is for women only). Not to mention that the pool will close on public holiday (Chineese New Year to be exact) as what happen to me and my familiy. So we cut short our vacation. Damm !
(Room facilities is old but it is ok for me) "

" ITS BLOODY 11PM and some dumb raver songs are blaring throughout the hotel for the past hour. People bring kids here and thanks to certain imbeciles, no one can get their sleep. Btw, terrible hotel maintenance "

" The hotel location are hidden from the main road. At the morning breakfast it said "Fruit Juice" but when I taste it, it's a "Fruit Drink". This is totally misleading consumer. If we base on Malaysian Food Act 1983, Fruit Juice should contain 35% or more fruit juice and Fruit Drink should contain 5% or more fruit juice. For a hotel management should know this regulation. I'm very unhappy it although it's just a small matter. "
