" Too crowded during weekend, school/public holidays. A lot of shops if you like shopping. I only visit the mall on weekdays to avoid the jam/crowd or early morning in the weekend. If end up there during peak time, trying to look for parking spot is a hassle (mostly full and need to wait until someone goes out). Mall is big with new wing and old wing. You may want to determine what shop you want to visit and then park appropriately at the nearest wing to your shop destination so you don't need to walk far (if you don't like walking). They also provide buggy service at the basement car park (not sure they have the same service at the upper level car park). "

" Great mall for families, especially with children. Not confusing and straight forward. Although it will be quite a distant to walk from old wing to new wing.
Still, it's my first destination to shop as it covers everything from apparels to foods, groceries, home improvement, cinema and many more. They have children stroller for rent too, but I have yet to try it as it's quantity is quite limited.
Also their rooftop garden which they have maintained it very well since I have been year some 20 years ago. If I have the time, I probably can shop here for a very long period of time. So it's a highly recommended mall. "

" One Utama Shopping Centre are everyone favourite mega-mall. Its big. Woman and Men like it big. Almost everything you need is here. From fashion, food, hobbies, leisure and so much more. With One Card, you are entitled to so much benefits like collecting points (redeemable), much cheaper parking and many more. I've been to One Utama but still got lot of it to explore. "

" Parking is always a headache here but the chances if getting a spot is higher at the rainforest. Never park at the same floor as the GSC cimema as you are bound to come up empty, even after an hour of scouting.

" The largest mall in Malaysia with a concierge for their loyalty card members. Events here are well organized and the shops are a mix of everything needed under one roof. Toilets are taken care of and the mall has great ambience. The only complaint by most people is that there is always not enough parking space but you can actually find a lot of parking space if you are willing to park farther away at the open air car park. My worry is that people will start to use the car park for their work travels once the mass railway transit station is open adjacent to the shopping mall. I hope the management will not just raise parking prices to compensate. "
