It is when customer came to you and said : "Hey Frank, can I have a cake ? It is for a birthday celebration , cake flavour and design are totally up to your imagination."

WOW! That's brilliant! No boundaries on the design, so I made this TALL CAKE that inspired by a Melbourne Cake Artist with watercolor effect and some Gold Chocolate Sails.

Totally loving it, sometimes simplicity is the key. What do you think ?
