My master's name was Chris Lai "Senior master". I had long hair during 5 years and I asked to cut my ends only. In result he cut so short , what is bad thing is one side of my hair was long, another was short. OMG i have never suggest you to go there. And he was trying to blame me. In addition, they didn't even apologize , just was trying to forcing me to pay for my awful hair cut ever. "
