" Thoroughly enjoyed my haircut and hair treatment outing at the salon. My first trip to this branch. Did the Fusio Dose Treatment and had hair chopped off short to spot bangs.
Senior stylist Jep Soo was very attentive to the cut I wanted, and gave me his thoughts on what would sustain the look better.
Had my hair washed and my head rubbed very well by Jep's assistant - satisfying :) "

" Edwina did a great job cutting & dying my hair. She took extra care in rinsing my hair by gently massaging my head. She followed everything I wanted. I am a satisfied customer. "

" I went to this salon for a quick trim before I left kl and I thought the salon looked pretty decent, established and the reception staff were very nice.
Sadly the rest of my experience was a joke! The senior stylist was terrible. Did didn't listen to what I wanted and thought he knew better. As a result he totally butchered my hair and now it pokes out on all directions and is really difficult to style.
The massage was horrible. They had no idea what they were doing and it was far from relaxing. The girl who shampooed me got product all over my shirt.
My friend had a neck and shoulder massage with left him in pain for hours afterwards. He was thinking to have a haircut to but changed his mind when he saw my stylists method.
I have since gone to another stylist in Hong Kong to see if my cut can be rescued but it looks like I will be stuck with this mess until it grows out.
I won't be going to any Cut Above salons again and I advice people to avoid this place. "
