" Extremely slow.
For a repair they promised to settle within 14 days and estimated by insurance company to be settled within 1 week, they held my car for 1 month plus. They just kept delaying the date to collect back my car, saying that my car damage was very serious.
When I finally took my car, they said no need to check here and there because all those parts are not damaged, just an easy repair.
The document submission also very slow. They only submitted the claim documents 10 days after I collected my car and no follow-up is done. "
