" Irresponsive! Wrote in twice to ask for some details of an upcoming course and received not even a single reply!
If others find them responsive then the staff is probably selective in answering questions or replying emails. May just want to answer easy direct questions such as how much, when...(prior to this, I wrote in via email before and the reply came rather quickly as it was merely directing my enquiry to another person).
I don't live in that area so if I'm going to look for accommodation and travel all the way there for a course that lasts more than a week I need to know what I'm in for.
If the studio doesn't want people to ask questions or is not keen to entertain and provide details, then it should carefully and meticulously list the details on its webpage (and make sure the details listed do not create any ambiguity) so that people don't have to ask for clarifications!
Not tactful in portraying a professional image and providing assurance to potential members! "
