" Assunta Hospital services are getting bad to worst. Disappointed with Emergency Department.
I have never expected this from the assunta private hospital where we are paying for our treatment and medicine.6 March 2018 around 11pm rush to assunta hospital to seek help for 10 months baby where my daughter is bleeding due to chronic constipation. 2 pampers are fully wet with blood.
As a mother, I was totally panic and nervousness. Run to emergency department and seek for help where this doctor (not sure whether doctor or assistant) who wear pink colour outfit say don’t worry, you go and register 1st, anyway you are in the hospital if anything critical situation we will come and see you. I pissed off because, if adult can able to tell if they cannot bear the pain, but 10 months baby unable to talk and cannot show her expression of pain. How come as a doctor they don't know this? My daughter become weak and lay on my shoulder. So, Assunta doctors help us when happened critical situation only?
I didn’t fight with them, but went to the registration counter to register they said I have to wait for my turns. Before me, I think 13 to 15 people. Personally I find what they did is not fair. Some more this hospital is old and well known hospital where convenient for those who staying nearby pj area. After ignorance of doctors I out went to a UM child specialist. Superb service they have served me.
Kindly improve assunta hospital service for those bring babies… don’t ignore them… all patients are coming there to seek help. Please don't treat us badly. I am very disappointed with Assunta Hospital services. Why suddenly Assunta hospital drops standard "

" Assunta Hospital services is getting bad to worst, waiting time to pay and collect medicine is rather longer then gov hospital! Pls bear is mind we are paying for the services and not for free. If no improvement on the services we can opt for other hospital offering better services and value for money! Pharmacy service really sucks!!! "

" Takes almost forever to see a gp doctor (1-3 hrs) not a big fan of this hospital but it's the most convenient. Fortunately when I broke my hand , they got me fixed within 4 hours of being in the hospital which is a reasonable amount as my injury wasn't life threatening. However , although the long wait , doctors are very good. "

" Assunta hospital is one of the oldest private hospital in Kuala Lumpur. Gynaecology department is professional and helpful. Operation theatres are designed modern with latest equipments. They are providing good facilities in orthopaedic department also. Emergency services are quick and reliable. Well managed clean washrooms. All the young nursing staff is friendly and helpful. Quite big parking. "

" The service is absolutely poor! Especially the operators who are replying emails and answering calls. Once I emailed to enquire the availability of a specific test, and she ended up replying me a long list of irrelevant packages of blood test. And there was once I called them to ask about the availability of pertussis immunization, and the lady asked me to drop by the hospital and asked at the emergency counter. I came all the way to the hospital and found out from the emergency doctor saying that the vaccine was out of stock! Wasting only my phone credit, travel and time!! Strongly not recommend. Go for Columbia, Beacon and other hospitals instead. "

" Premium price, public standards. Never take ownership, no initiative, rude from janitor to all registrations and pushes all responsibilities to patients.
The doctors could be seen working very hard but the management, admin and support does not even meet expectations. The public services are improving and already overtaken the privates.
Healthy patient enter will leave with more stress. Defeat the purpose of health care
Look at all the number of bad comments below. The few good ones are very isolated or they paid more to get the attention. Btw, those high rating doesn't have much comment "

" Admitted to Melati Ward for dengue. The single room here are now installed with centralized air conditioning. If cold then it will be very cold and if is hot then you will be very hot. "
