" Atmosphere 360’s kind of costly when you talk about restaurant in general, but I personally find this place just about on the right track because the revolving restaurant’s scenery is surreal that you can see the whole KL city. The food is okay, there’s nothing extra ordinary about it but the wide varieties of choices in there buffet makes it great. Also, the customer service is really good. They have 2 dinner buffet schedules and we tried the 6:30-8:30 schedule, I can say it’s good because we were there when the sun is about to set so it gives a full experience seeing the Petronas tower during the day and night time. (Additional charge for window seat: RM50) "

" have to reach there one hour earlier than the dinner buffet time start...time wasted more than half an hour in waiting to get lift up there and upon reach the restaurant also need to wait for table preparation for another 15minutes. they should have prepare the table once we have register at counter down there. bad management. food sucks! service so so..if not for the view and environment, I believe the restaurant would have already closed down long time ago... "

" Stunning views in a nice setting. Book the 18:30 setting and you get to see the city change from day to night. The selection of food is impressive and the quality good. The only downsides are the excited people running between tables to get the best photo and the crowds on the way to the elevator. Wee worth doing in a group or as a couple. "

" Came for afternoon tea, but knew what to expect: Come here for the views (afternoon tea) not for the food. Cakes don't have much flavour but look pretty, and no choice of tea - not to my English tastes. Fish ball noodle soup very nice and pork curry also tasty. Nice salads and breads.
At table service for tea coffee and water but rest is self service. Service is very slow and the restaurant itself was a little bit grubby but can be forgiven considering the value of the ticket in comparison to a observation deck ticket.

" Okay food; nothing to write home about. Far better food locally, but the view is great and service good. No air conditioning in the restaurant and it was very hot. Expected more for the price relative to food cost in KL. "

" One of the best places in the world to have dinner. Way better than the crappy revolving restaurant in gold coast Australia. There was live music big selection of food. Very spacious. Been here on 2 separate occasions and really wanna go back again "
