" The Celebrity Fitness at Mid Valley - there is not enough indoor free space for personal hiit workout. The indoor weight lifting section is also very crowded not enough free space for people to lift weights. There are only 2 pull ups equipment, people are queuing to wait for their turn. I hope Celebrity Fitness would increase indoor free space for personal hiit workout, increase pull ups equipment or have some monkey bars or calisthenic bars. "

" I just lost my Oris William F1 watch last Wednesday (21 Dec 2017)in a locked locker with the guard hired inside the locker room (the only CF that hired a Pak Guard inside the locker room, I wonder why) and CF Manager did not want to take responsible, I had made a police report, and based on the police records this kinda of incident 'kerap berlaku disitu' . However Manager CF Midvalley and his staff denied that this often happened. I am very much disappointed with what happened in the gym. Can somebody tell me if there is any Pak Guard hired in the locker room in other Celebrity Fitness in Malaysia coz I have been to other CF, there is none . And till today after the follow up call no updates given to me by CF Midvalley !! Totally bumped out !! "

Cons: Quite expensive, very busy, not all equipment is available, very hot. "

" Over charged my membership by 2 months after informing them of my cancellation. Kept passing the baton from one consultant to another and finally said the manager who is not around will call me back but didn't. I called the branch and nobody picked up either. Horrible customer service. Still expecting my refund. "

" Lockers don't always work. Sauna, steam room & jacuzzi frequently under maintenance. But the only Celebrity Fitness with a pool. "
