She was extremely condescending when I asked her to clarify the procedures and cost involved, making remarks such as "you still don't understand?" In addition, my concerns regarding my decayed teeth were met with simplistic one-word answers. White fillings cost RM150; An x-ray costs RM120.
I will will take my business elsewhere and no longer recommend this clinic to colleagues or friends as long as Dr. Wong (the arrogant woman in her 30's) works there. She needs to check her attitude before she leaves her home and improve her customer service skills. I expected much better professional service and advice from a person working in the medical industry.
As an alternative, I'd recommend Poon Dental Surgery as Dr. Poon is more experienced, gives you the actual cost of the dental work up front (they're less expensive), and is a pleasant person to discuss the conditions of my teeth with. "
