" My review of Gleneagles sent to their website: I had a very disappointing experience yesterday when i came in to your hospital at 6.30 am thru the Emergency ward. Your staff saw me as I was limping in and she did not even stood up to offer a wheelchair. She just said go thru the next door to register yourself. OK, maybe because I am not dripping in blood, no one from Emergency ward will give a toss about me, so i thought fine. I went thru the registration which lasted a good half an hour and when I went in to meet this doctor in room 1, he was so synical of my condition. he said, lets not even talk about staying the night because we have not done the x ray. i was little bit taken aback by the crude way the doctor speaks. perhaps again, no seriousness, because it was just a person limping in. so from that time until 12 ish when i decided that i wanted to check in and pay with my own card, another doctor came in and insisted it was only a hair fracture. which is fine, i am not a doctor, so i wont know to assess myself but i am human and i know how it feels like to be in pain. but what really hurts, is that soon after he left the ward, he mentioned to the nurse, haiyo, this person just wants an MC. i have never been so shocked of the manner of your doctors irrgeardless whether they are specialists or not. please know that whoever who walks in to your hospital is a PAYING customer and you should at least treat them with some level of respect. I know for a fact i will never ever step foot again in your hospita. Please also inform your own staff and nurses that patients can hear them laughing loudly and gossiping in the nursing hall and behaviour of everyone in this hospital is despicable. The only compliment i can say is that your guards outside are very helpful and they were the only ones ushering me in and even offering the wheelchair. Please take note, your foreign Nepalese Guards are your gem employees! "

" I've always trusted Gleneagles Hospital KL since my boy was a child but last week (5th Jan, 2017) I rushed him to A&E department at 2.00AM for a persistent high fever of 4 days, I was surprised that we had to wait from 2am to 8am to be warded! That's not too bad since he was given antibiotics thru IV while waiting. What I can't understand is the quality of service, from Drs to nurses, food to cleanliness, is below average. Don't want to mention the name of the Dr here but the ENT specialist was not a very polite Dr. Never had such a bad experience for 15 years of our visit. This visit is a nightmare, the Dr is obnoxious and I will never allow him to treat my son or anyone I know in the future. Gleneagles is nothing but a bloodsucker! "
