" I regret paying for the manicure, I should have refused... I didn't want to make a scene... we were already there for 2 hours for a mani-pedi. Not only do I have a lot of mini cuts for the deep carelessness of the lady but from having very nice long nails, requesting the keep the shape the same and just go a little shorter.. I now have zero nail left, yet I will still have to further cut what little remains of them. What a horrible service... I had to reshape them myself because she thought her job was done, with ridged, ill shaped, not even nails. She attempted to fix it for me.. but after two more tries and being there for 2 hours, I didn't even want polish on them. I gave up. This was a booking at 3pm, Tuesday 20 Feb, the two girls. The lady who did the nails should be retrained and greatly needs to improve, and her work to be checked. Not worth it at all, the pedicure was bubbly and poorly done. My friend's nails were done well though, by a different lady. "
