1. the waiter simply kept the coins from our rest for himself: that was very ugly!
2. It was Thursday night and we were charged for the cocktails. One week later I found out they should have been free (thursdays are ladies' night).
3. we asked that our cocktails should not have alcohol, and the price was the same as for the ones with alcohol.
Absolutely disappointing! "

" Best place to view beautiful KL at night. A bit long climb to the rooftop is also fun and excites you. Recently a new building is being constructed, which blocks the view of Petronus Tower. But still the view is awesome.
If you can go early, you can take a table and wait for the sunset and night view while taking a lot of photos. Difficult to take a table in the peak time. But you can make a reservation if you order a certain amount.
Pricey but worth it. You are not paying for the drink. "

" Best views in town from the helicopter pad. The drinks are the usual KL prices, so rather expensive for Asia. Did not have any food so can't comment.
The bar is all about the views, and the best time is at night time, especially at sun set. We went two nights on the trot, and it was the best part of our stay. This bar is a must do if your in KL. "

" For a semi-upscale bar, the service isn't very crisp and efficient. They could use some improvements.
The good:
-Nice views (but overall not worth it)
The bad:
-Service sucks. After buying a drink to get to the helipad, you find no host/hostess to get you seated.
-Tables are dirty. Downstairs, my table was sticky. Upstairs, my table had the prior customers' cups
-Free for all service. You don't get an assigned server. You can hail anyone you want and anyone will take your order. That causes confusion with orders, especially if there's an issue
-Small complaint: the staff uniforms are awful! They wear what appears to be helicopter pilot clothes. Again, for a semi-upscale bar, do away with that "

" The Helipad itself used to be a really special place, really atmospheric. Unfortunately someone thought it a good idea to cramp the place with high stools, tables and beach loungers which now block a lot of the view and give the space a very cluttered and claustrophobic feel - ironic on a rooftop. The view is still spectacular and the drinks are very good but it has lost a good part of the uniqueness it had before. "

" Above average prices for drinks, but I accept it due to the seating and beautiful views. Bar interior is modern and chic. The helipad is the reason to come. Make sure it's a nice day, there is obviously no covering on the helipad. Staff is not pretentious and the drinks are standard fare. It's all about the views "

Unfortunately at the moment, large construction sites somewhat spoil the view of the Petronas Towers but there is a lot to look at especially on a clear day.
Sunset is wonderful here but unfortunately they are not open for sun-rise.
Drinks and food are reasonably priced and you must buy one drink minimum to go up. If you would like to be there in the evening then dress appropriately (no shorts, smart casual). "
