Although too much blue light exposure could be a concern, not having adequate blue light in your daily activities may be harmful too.
In the absence of strong evidence to show the harmful effects of blue light exposure, it is probably not necessary to be unduly concerned if one lives life in moderation with respect to computer screen exposure time, especially before bedtime.
Lastly, the amount of blue light one gets exposed from the sun far outweighs the radiation they receive from computer or LED screen...
