" Excellent customer service by Mr Rush, Sofian & their team! Isetan 1U is truly exceptional, I don't think many people experienced exceptionally good attention in departmental stores.
I only purchased a pair of shoes for RM250 but they've given me a 5 star customer service experience as if I was buying something super premium & as if I was the only precious customer to them, far beyond than some of the so called branded premium stores.
This acknowledgement & credit goes both to the customer service team as mentioned above, and the Management, it is a success and achievement for Isetan 1U to have committed & passionated staff like these.
