" Waist of time and money. We lost the whole day waiting for the bus. We were waiting at number 17 for MORE than 30 min. He went back again to 14!!! And started over.
We already waisting our time waiting for these old buses to arrive! We DO NOT want to get back 3 stations!!
At 7:30pm they forced us to take the free shuttle bus. Although they said the last trip is at 8 pm. We ran to reach the bus.
Do yourself a favor, make your own trip. "

" I am just wondering how this business still run on KL. AC either is not working totally or is working in maximum that you are freezing after 2min. Tickets are constantly checked in every second bus stops, what makes stops much longer what is unnecessary (especially when it is 30C and AC doesnt work. Also there is no much info about city (only couple of sentences) also not in every bus. What's more bus do not stop on every bus stop written on the map which you get from HonHoffBus, of course nobody is gonna inform you. You should just know that this week this bus stop is closed. Lost of money! I am really disapointed. It is better to tak Free city bus service. Less of waiting time for next bus and at least AC works! "

" My wife and i did a 24 hour HOHO trip starting at 9am. The pamphlet said Multi Lingual Commentary but there was no ear phones and only commentary was English on a speaker which was up front (upstairs). People in front would have found it very loud but it was difficult to hear because of the traffic noise and bus noise.
Most of the stop off places were interesting and i do admit that this was good compared to many around the world that stop at too many shopping malls. Kuala Lumpur is interesting and the bus did stop at many good places.
One stop we got off we walked around for a while and ate some lunch. We went back to bus stop and just missed the bus. No problem we thought as buses are meant to arrive every 30 minutes. Well we waited 1 hour 10 minutes which we weren't impressed about as we wanted to see other things. When I asked why bus was late, the staff said it wasn't, which was incorrect because we sat there the whole time and another bus didn't arrive. This alone let us down and why I have rated this company poor.
Message to company, be honest and provide a good service as the locations you go to a great.
