" Generally a good hospital but services was very poor, especially communication with foreign patient. Arrangement was poorly managed, unclear direction what to do, where to go, what processes required prior certain services/procedures to proceed. Waiting time was also very long, in our case from 9am to 1.20pm (still waiting when i wrote this review).
I used KPJ hospital services in Sabah but it was very far better than this KPJ Tawakkal branch. If this is not improved, i certainly will not recommend this hospital. "
