" Seriously, Lamore has never failed to make me wait for at least 10 mins for every visit. It is because they are not systematic at all. Everyone can go to the system click on the appointments schedule. Very messy.
Even I reached there on time, the beautician that supposed to serve me was sitting at the counter busy searching her coming appointment and called customers to confirm appointment. Excuse me, why not taking care the customer that reach on time but care bout customer coming later?
If u ask me, what is good about Lamore, I will say ONLY massage. As the Indonesian are much better than the locals. "

" Not only did they mess up my booking yesterday, so that when I came all the way here, there was no manicurist available. The receptionist was also very unapologetic and simply blamed it on 'miscommunication'. Completely wasted my Saturday afternoon.
Now I'm here for a rescheduled session and they asked me to take a seat and wait first. Then when it was my turn, they needed to 'register me', and absolutely insisted for name, email, phone number, address and even IC number to 'register me'. I've never been to a nail parlour where my IC number is needed before - how ridiculous. This entire process is a complete waste of time and an extra 15 minutes.
When I finally sat down to do my nails, I was told to wait as the manicurist was still tending to another customer. So I finally only began the manicure at 1140 when the appointment was scheduled for 11 am.
These guys do not value customers' time at all. I've never wasted so much time getting my nails done before.
Then when it came to the gel manicure, the colour wouldn't take to my nails so the manicurist had to scrape off the gel from all 10 nails and redo with a different brand.
All of this meant I was late for my 1pm hair appointment.
Please go somewhere more professional. I highly recommend Who Nails which is literally a few doors down and has infinitely better service. "
