My mother is in her late 60's timid and always afraid at things. She starts trembling when she about to walk in for a check up. Be sure that Dr.Jay and the staff can handle that so well that your parents or anyone older that needs treatment would be so comfortable and they are committed to make you feel like home. So sometimes when I'm late to pick my mom up, she can wait comfortably and when I'm waiting for her to get done, I can watch TV comfortably. "
