" Being a tourist out of town, couldn't miss to visit and pray at the national mosque of KL. The mosque is huge and only allows Muslims in the prayer hall, its well air conditioned and really maintained and kept spotless. The architect for the mosque has done an exceptional job with the design.
The ablution area is quite a walk from the main prayer hall. Worth a visit when in town. "

" No entrance fee, you will get a purple 'dress' when you go in so even when you are wearing shorts and flip flops you can go. There are volunteers that can explain more about the mosque and the Islam. Also flyers with info about the Islam are available. Furthermore it is just good place to view if you are not a Muslim to get a feel for what the Muslim community goes for 5 times a day. "

" The roof is unique. It's inspired by the shape of umbrella when it is opened. Similarly to its tower, it's inspired by the shape of umbrella when it is closed "

" A good introduction to Islam for non-Muslims like me. The volunteers there are extremely friendly and approachable when it comes to answering any question relating to their faith. It's also a majestic architecture overlooking the old Moorish KTM train station headquarter, a gem in the KL city centre while reminiscing the old time every time I'm there. "
